Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM) is responsible for both the sales and marketing functions within Buckler Land Systems, developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and achieve business growth.

The SMM manages teams, oversees campaigns, and works to align sales and marketing efforts throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Achieve and exceed set revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure goal alignment.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategies.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional events.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for senior management.
• Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
• Expertise in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and branding.
