    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Brief

    • The Sales and Marketing Executive role will provide business critical insights, strategy and direction using analytics, and ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.
    • You stay focused on aligning customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth by consistently delivering strategies that convert an above market average ratio in the sales funnel to retained customers with above average lifetime values.
    • You will partner with the Strategy Office to shape the key priorities for the business, support strategic projects and manage/analyze marketing operations metrics, as well as interface with Sales and Sales Ops team on key Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You will champion the creation and implementation of a Marketing, PR and Sales Strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Go-to-Market team and internal partners to develop strategic and sales operation plans to address short, medium, and long-term opportunities.
    • Lead and/or support strategic projects for the Nigeria team based on emerging, long-term, or immediate business needs.
    • Manage and execute internal projects to design, implement, and enhance business processes executed by or related to the Sales and Marketing team.
    • Develop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan; Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and developing sales and marketing staff, monitoring and coaching sales/marketing activities, and providing marketing materials.
    • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
    • Communicate within the company of potential business opportunities. Identify and assist in developing strategies that will help to take advantage of said opportunities.
    • Research and gather information on potential clients and projects in Industry.
    • Schedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project information.
    • Develop and maintain strong business network within the Architecture/Engineering and Construction community.
    • Participate in Client organizations, and stay actively involved in professionals and community organizations.
    • Provide feedback on the perception of the customers developed for company improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a BSc. / HND qualification
    • 8-10 years of marketing experience in a Manufacturing industry
    • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
    • Marketing and/or Sales experience, and experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N180,000 / Month
