Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Damaturu.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and customer partnerships
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Organize promotional campaigns, events, and product launches
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
• Must reside in Damaturu
