Sales and Marketing Executive - Akure at Erisco Foods Limited

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Akure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products/services, and building strong customer relationships to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify new markets and customer leads within Akure and surrounding areas
• Conduct regular field visits to clients and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Monitor competitors\' activities and provide timely market intelligence reports
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Akure market and its business terrain
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
