Sales and Marketing Assistant at Aldelano Organic Foods Ltd

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a smart, driven, and highly organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is social media savvy, digitally sharp, and passionate about both sales and marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing departments to support campaigns, engage with our audience, and drive business growth through creative and analytical input.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new leads.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data.
• Coordinate follow-ups with clients and track sales performance metrics.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Help develop content for newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Track trends and analytics to optimize performance and audience engagement.
• Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators for brand-aligned posts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role (internships count).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Smart, analytical thinker with creative flair and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
