Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls to promote internet/broadband services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective persuasion and negotiation
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Assist customers with service upgrades, billing inquiries and technical support
• Follow ups and Relationship Management

Requirements

• Experience in tele-sales, preferably in the internet service industry
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, clear pronounciation, and ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Basic Understanding of broadband/internet services.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve sales target
