    Sales Manager

    About the job

    • We are looking for experienced and result-driven out-of-home sales managers to expand our market reach and drive for growth across the North region by effectively executing the company's sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Identify, approach and onboard potential customers in assigned locations.
    • Set clear KPIs.
    • Conduct regular market research to understand customers' needs.
    • Promote and sell company products and services.
    • Provide customers with detailed information about product features, pricing and installation options.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Achieve personal and team sales targets.
    • Report sales activities and customer feedback accurately.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles.
    • Sound knowledge of the Nigerian market ecosystem.
    • HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience managing a sales team.
    • Ability to work independently and outdoors for extended periods.
