    Sales and Business Development Executive

    Location: Lagos Island, Lagos (Hybrid)
    Report to: the Principal Consultant.

    Job Description

    • Due to the nature of our business, the core of our lead generation strategy relies on carefully crafted, business development and sales techniques in attracting the right set of customers onboard.
    • In this regard, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development and Sales Executive to help us expand our client base across various sectors.
    • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
    • As a Business Development And Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our Lead Generation pipeline (Traditional & Digital), and building rapport with potential and existing customers on behalf of Pandora Agency.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Ensure sales strategies are consistent and reflect the organization’s strategic vision.
    • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
    • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
    • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
    • Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data.


    • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
    • 2 - 5 years of working experience.
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in a relevant role.
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport.
    • Time management and planning skills.
    • Should reside on the island.
    • The individual should be self-driven and proactive and have the ability to flourish with minimal supervision.
    • A professional appearance.

    Budgeted Salary
    N120,000 - N180,000 monthly
