Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Administration Officer to support sales operations and inventory management processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate posting of sales transactions.
• Verify inventory release numbers against invoices.
• Capture serial and lot numbers for outgoing stock.
• Provide real-time stock balance updates to management.
• Manage backend “Get a Quote” website inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and process sales orders/invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience using Sage ERP is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
