    Sales Account Manager

     

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Account Manager will drive enterprise cybersecurity sales, manage key accounts, and ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-deployment. The role requires strong technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and excellent relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market clients.
    • Drive revenue across cybersecurity portfolios (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, vulnerability management, identity security).
    • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
    • Provide pre-sales technical support and product advisory.
    • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
    • Deliver accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
    • Provide product updates, training, and solution presentations.

    Requirements Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

    Experience

    • 4+ years in IT/software/telecom sales or account management.
    • Functional understanding of cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewalls, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools).
    • Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
    • Experience providing technical pre-sales support.
    • Ability to meet revenue targets and work independently.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer orientation.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel when required.
