    Risk and Compliance Officer

    About the Role 

    • As a Risk and Compliance Officer at Bluebulb Financials, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential risks within our operations and product offerings.
    • You will develop and implement risk management policies and procedures tailored to our financial services, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR. You will stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards impacting financial services, conduct audits and evaluations, and perform regular compliance monitoring and reporting to senior management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks within Bluebulb Financials’ operations and product offerings.
    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures tailored to our financial services.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards impacting financial services.
    • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure the company's adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
    • Perform regular compliance monitoring and reporting on risk and compliance status to senior management.
    • Investigate compliance breaches or incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
    • Track and report any suspicious or irregular activities related to transactions or client accounts.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Professional certification in risk management or compliance.
    • Experience in the financial services industry.
    • Knowledge of audit procedures and practices.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
