Retail Sales Executive(Fashion) at HR Aid

Responsibilities:

• Help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Requirements:

• B.Sc from any reputable university.
• 2 years’ experience selling retail fashion products.
• Flair and interest in fashion is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate, organize and control
• The ability and desire to sell

Pay: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
