Salary: 45 - 50k with HMO&PENSION

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Attending to walk in customers in a timely manner.
•  Upselling and crosselling of company
• products and services.
•  Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report.
•  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

REQUIREMENTS

• First degree in any related discipline.
• Applicant must have completed Nysc, and not more than 30 years of age.
• Should have customer service experience.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
