The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Prepare and analyze sales, operations, and performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to optimize business performance.
• Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle business management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage retail operations, drive sales, and deliver results.
• Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or customer-centric businesses is an added advantage.
