This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Calabar.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location, ensuring quality food preparation, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Restaurant Management, Operations, and People Management skills
Customer Service and Quality Control expertise
Inventory Management and Supply Chain knowledge
Financial Management and Budgeting experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years Management Experience in the QSR industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science or any other related field
Must have SSCE (minimum of 5 credits including English & Math)
MUST have completed the mandatory NYSC program
First degree in Food Science or other relevant subjects
