    Restaurant Manager

    Job Overview:

    • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the restaurant.
    • This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, achieving financial targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
    • Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to prevent shortages or overages.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant, kitchen, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff, promptly resolving customer complaints, and addressing any issues that arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to continually improve the overall customer experience.
    • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Ensure that customers are well-served and enjoy a pleasant dining experience, with a conducive dining ambiance.
    • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with set standards, company policies, and procedures.
    • Analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to increase revenue and achieve sales budgets.
    • Ensure that products are available on time, properly merchandised, and meet Bukka Hut quality standards.
    • Ensure that products are produced according to Bukka Hut’s recipes and are checked for quality before being displayed for sale.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in a QSR.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, health regulations, and financial management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
