The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, confident in managing a team, and committed to delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage reservations, dining room flow, and customer relations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle budgets, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistency and creativity.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Drive sales and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Drive sales and customers by creating proposals to reach out to potential clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
• Experience with staff training, rotation, and performance management.
• Basic knowledge of financials (budgeting, inventory, cost control).
