Master’s Degree in Health research, Health Sciences, B.Sc in Demography & Social Statistics.
Professional training in Project Management, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation.
Five years of experience supporting donor funded projects in Nigeria and managing a demanding workload to assist country level senior leadership objectives.
Development of research protocols, ToR for managing consultant, and Conducting baseline & Log frame & evaluation surveys.
Supporting the delivery of results, learning, capacity building including development of framework and strategic plan
Strengthening of Monitoring & Evaluation, KM and Learning system.
Safeguarding A360 project works with adolescent girls and vulnerable young women.
Technical:
Qualitative and quantitative research and interpretation skills.
Use of statistical packages such as SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info, Ethnography/Nvivo as well as the application of statistics to programming.
Ability to carry out bi-variate and multivariate statistical analysis.
Evidence-based monitoring and evaluation of programs
Ability to prepare technical reports using Microsoft power point and deliver presentation to high caliber audience confidently;
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Word packages
