    • Estate Access Coordination: Coordinate with estate associations, landlords, facility managers, and residents to obtain access approval for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment.
    • Estate Surveys & Feasibility: Conduct estate surveys and feasibility assessments to support fiber rollout planning and execution.
    • Regulatory & Approval Management: Facilitate Right-of-Way (RoW) permissions and secure internal estate approvals required for deployment activities.
    • Site Access Management: Schedule and manage site access for survey teams, civil works, fiber laying, and activation teams to ensure seamless operations.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Resolve access-related disputes or objections from residents and estate management while maintaining positive relationships.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, agreements, and access letters, and provide progress reports to management.
    • Project Coordination: Work closely with technical teams (OLT, ONT, civil, and fiber teams) to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with estate stakeholders to support future expansion opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in telecom deployment, preferably FTTH / FTTx projects.
    • Strong understanding of FTTH network architecture and deployment processes.
    • Experience working with estate management bodies, property developers, or facility managers.
    • Knowledge of Right-of-Way (RoW) procedures and local regulatory processes
    • Relevant experience in FTTH and Access Deployment is mandatory.
