Evidence Action seeks a consultant to help secure “Tax Exemption Certificate” and “Import Duty Exemption Certificate” (IDEC) from the Ministry of Finance, Nigeria and relevant approvals from Nigeria Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) to facilitate import of her program materials.
