Job Description
A Registered Midwife provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, including

• Antenatal Care: Monitoring pregnant women, providing information, emotional support, and reassurance
• Delivery Care: Assisting women in labor, administering medication, and monitoring fetal well-being
• Postnatal Care: Providing care and support to new mothers and their babies

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Assessing care requirements and writing care plans
• Medication Administration: Administering medication and monitoring treatment progress
• Education and Support: Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements

• Qualifications: Registered Nurse/Midwife with a valid practicing license
• Experience: Minimum 1 - 7 years of experience in nursing/midwifery, preferred
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Work Environment: Registered Midwives work in hospitals, clinics, and community settings, providing care to women and newborns.
