    Facility Manager

    Responsibilties

    • Supervise and coordinate facility technicians, janitors, and hygiene staff to ensure high service delivery standards.
    • Oversee daily facility management operations including cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities.
    • Conduct routine inspections of client facilities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory hygiene standards.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
    • Manage inventory and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
    • Liaise with clients to address service requests, complaints, and operational needs promptly.
    • Prepare operational reports on facility performance, staff activities, and service outcomes.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Train and guide facility staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
    • Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance at assigned client locations.
    • Coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams for timely supply of materials and equipment.
    • Support contract implementation and ensure service delivery aligns with agreed service levels.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
    • Respond to emergencies, facility issues, or urgent client needs promptly.
    • Ensure all work areas maintain a professional, hygienic, and safe environment.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience.

    Janitor

    Job Description

    • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, corridors, and work areas.
    • Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, and other sanitary facilities.
    • Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
    • Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas.
    • Refill supplies such as tissue paper, soap, and hand sanitizers.
    • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
    • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly.
    • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
    • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
    • Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, tidy, and well organized at all times.
