Assistant Head, Marketing at Digitvant Microfinance Bank

Role summary

• Support the Head of Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns that grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loan/deposit volumes for a fintech microfinance bank. Lead a small team, manage campaigns and vendors, and own marketing performance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital content, PR, events and performance marketing campaigns; track budgets and timelines.
• Lead and coach the marketing team and coordinate with product, operations and sales.
• Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion (MQLs/approvals).
• Ensure brand consistency across channels; manage agencies and vendors.
• Own marketing KPIs, dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Lead product launches, branch promotions and special projects.

Qualifications

• BA/HND in Marketing, Business or related; MBA beneficial.
• 6+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech, banking or microfinance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
