Regional Team Lead, Technical Service Delivery - Lagos at IpNX Nigeria Limited

The Role

• You will own all technical service delivery activities within your assigned region — leading a team of Service Fulfilment Engineers, field infrastructure staff, and graduate trainees. You report to the Manager, Technical Services Delivery and are the boots-on-ground leader responsible for installations, fault resolution, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction in your region.

What You Will Own

• Supervise and coordinate the regional service delivery team across wired, wireless, and contractor operations
• Monitor regional SLA compliance, MTTR, and downtime metrics
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer service issues in the region
• Enforce SOPs for installations, maintenance, and fault handling
• Liaise with NOC, Field Infrastructure Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations
• Support pre-sales technical assessments for the regional business development team

You Are the Right Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Telecoms, or related field. Atleast a 2.1 or upper Credit
• 5–8 years in service delivery, network operations, or field engineering
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role — mandatory***
• Strong technical knowledge of IP networks, fiber optics, and wireless technologies
• Experience in an ISP, telecoms, or managed services environment
• Bonus: CCNA/CCNP | ITIL certification | PMP

• You have fewer than 5 years in telecoms/ISP/network operations
• You have no hands-on experience with fiber or wireless service delivery
