    Regional Medical Sales Executive

    Summary

    • The Medical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Americare Group's medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions within the assigned geographic area.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare solutions.

    Responsibilities
    Sales and Market Expansion:

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential customers.
    • Promote Americare Group's medical products and services, emphasizing their value in addressing healthcare needs.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
    • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback to the organization on product improvements and market insights.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of 5years of experience.
    • Strong understanding of medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
