Facility Manager at a Reputable Company

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the physical environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained while managing service providers and coordinating essential estate services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility or property management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of support staff.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and civil works.
• Supervise third-party contractors, security personnel, and cleaning crews to ensure high service standards.
• Manage the collection of service charges and rents, and ensure utility bills (electricity, water) are processed promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify health and safety risks and ensure compliance with estate regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and tenant/resident feedback.
