• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and operations in the East Zone. Based in Port Harcourt, you will oversee brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• The ideal candidate is innovative, result-driven, and has a deep understanding of the FMCG and HORECA industries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Brand Management:

• Drive awareness and visibility of the company's products in the East Zone.
• Coordinate with the central marketing team to localize campaigns for regional impact.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and activations to promote brand loyalty.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and tools to boost sales.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Budget Management:

• Plan and manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional marketing team to achieve set goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in the FMCG and HORECA industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
