MTN Fibre X Marketers at Connig Technoserve

The MTN Fibre X Marketer is responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and revenue growth through the execution of strategic sales initiatives for fibre broadband services. The role requires a results-driven professional with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience and a proven track record within the Nigerian telecom, fibre broadband, or related sectors such as FMCG. The ideal candidate will leverage strong knowledge of MTN and ZTE products (where applicable) to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and exceed acquisition targets. Success in this role depends on exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage field sales activities and customer relationships. A valid driver’s license is required to support mobility and territory coverage.

Minimum Experience: 2

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in the Nigerian telecom, fiber broadband, or related industry (e.g., FMCG).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to exceed acquisition targets.
• Prior experience with MTN or ZTE products and systems is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
