The Regional Head of Accounts is responsible for managing all financial and accounting operations across multiple QSR outlets within the assigned region.
The role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and provides strategic financial insight to support regional business decisions

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is required.
Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a regional finance leadership role, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sector, will be an added advantage
Preferably female and not more than 40 years old
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
