    Senior Technical Architect

    Job Summary

    • The role is mainly to ensure the right processes and practices across factory operational activities, with specific duties in driving the technical details of the operation, improving production performance and securing compliance.
    • The job holder is expected to mentor operations team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

    • Closely monitors the key production metrics to improve productivity in line with client demand on the floor. 
    • Interpret and guide the operation teams on technical drawing interpretation and application after  design technical generated the document.
    • Generate MRO using the cutting list and technical details for procurement of materials for production activities. 
    • Review the cutting list generated by design team and critics all necessary metrics before been shown to Operation Mgr and release to production Foreman for production activitis.
    • Regularly improve production techniques and approaches for effectiveness and profitability. 
    • Identify and address dips in production before they become major issues.

    Production job review Reports:

    • Daily production reports preparation based on their job analysis and review for project & Business development team. 
    • Weekly presentation of these production reports to Operation Mgr & other decision makers for strategic review and decisions. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Production Engineering, Furniture Design or Related field. 
    • Proven work experience in Furniture Manufacturing or similar production environment 
    • Strong understanding of woodworking tools, machinery, materials and production processes. 
    • Excellent Leadership ability, communication skills, outstanding organizational skills
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, cutting list & MRO preparation.
