Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in QSR or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a regional/multi-outlet leadership role.
Preferably female and not more than 40years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record in sales growth, team development, and operational excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
