    Regional Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking experienced and strategic Regional Accountants to oversee and coordinate accounting operations across designated regions.
    • The role involves managing and supporting accountants and their assistants in our Digital Centers/Branches, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and providing accurate reporting to the CFO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily and periodic accounting activities across assigned regional branches.
    • Supervise, guide, and support branch and DC accountants and their teams.
    • Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
    • Monitor regional financial performance and provide insights to management.
    • Enforce compliance with company accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
    • Coordinate regional audits and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Drive process improvements and consistency in financial reporting across DCs.
    • Act as a key liaison between regional operations and the CFO.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of 2nd Class) in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines.
    • Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or regional role.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, tax, and compliance.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
