    Recruitment Specialist

    Responsibilities
    Sourcing and Screening:

    • Developing recruitment strategies: Creating and implementing plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Posting job openings: Advertising positions on various platforms like job boards, social media, and company websites.
    • Reviewing resumes and applications: Filtering through a large volume of submissions to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements.
    • Conducting initial screenings: Performing phone screens or brief interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications and interest.

    Interviewing and Selection:

    • Coordinating interviews: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Conducting interviews: Leading both in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Assessing candidate qualifications: Using various methods like behavioral questions, technical assessments, and case studies to evaluate candidates.
    • Making hiring recommendations: Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on which candidates to move forward with.

    Managing the Recruitment Process:

    • Managing candidate communication: Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborating with hiring managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Negotiating job offers: Communicating with selected candidates to negotiate salary and benefits.
    • Managing the onboarding process: Coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hire.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
