Recruitment Specialist at Proten

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
• source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Qualifications

• 3-5 years + of recruitment experience (in the Outsourcing/Recruitment, FMCG, and recycling companies)
• Superior communication skills across all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees) 
• strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good command of English 
• Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business 
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
