    Recruitment Officer

    Position Summary

    • As a Recruitment Officer, you will support the WAVE Recruiting objectives by developing and implementing the recruitment plans and strategy.
    • You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting experience, from identifying and attracting suitable candidates for open job vacancies and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience to placement with Employee Partners.

    Position Responsibilities

    The Recruitment Officer will perform a wide range of duties to deliver suitable candidates to open positions

    • Support the design and implementation of the WAVE recruiting strategy
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards /newspapers /colleges
    • Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through databases, job boards, social media, etc.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications when required
    • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting experience, from identifying and attracting suitable candidates for open roles and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience to placement with Employer partners
    • Relationship management with both Employers and Job seekers

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in a recruitment consulting firm or agency
    • BSC or HND Graduate
    • Digital literacy-Ability to adapt to technology, (CRM systems Salesforce, Asana, and Formstack), Ms office, and online forms.
    • This is important as we use these platforms to collect, store and manage data
    • Effective Communication, people skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
