    Recruitment Officer

    • The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for security and operational roles. The role ensures that all applicants meet the organization’s requirements, successfully complete necessary verification processes, and are deployed in line with company standards and operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source, attract, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for available positions.
    • Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify qualified applicants.
    • Manage the recruitment process from initial application through onboarding and deployment.
    • Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, references, and other relevant documentation.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records, databases, and reports.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activities.
    • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of personnel.
    • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (experience within the security industry is an added advantage).
    • Ability to ride a motorcycle and good knowledge of local routes and locations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and candidate assessment skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment documentation tools.
