Recruitment Intern at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment team with the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
• Managing all candidates' emails and feedback
• Schedule calls and interviews Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they go for interviews
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fast learner
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, comfortable writing and speaking English in daily conversation
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting

Experience:

• 0-1 year of proven experience as a Recruitment Intern or other recruiting-related roles
