    Junior Master Data Maintenance Analyst

    Job Responsibilities

    • Creates and maintains Master Data records in accordance with companies process standards, data standards, policies and objectives
    • Ensures that  Master  Data  requests  are  handled  according and report to team lead regularly.
    • Perform data management functions like extracting, importing, and exporting data from various in-house applications; restructuring and/or merging datasets
    • Data Quality monitoring for Master Data Objects (Direct / Indirect Material, BoM, Documents)
    • Materials, Vendors, Customers data views & parameters maintenance
    • Prepare datasets for analyses and resolving data inconsistencies
    • Take responsibility for completeness and quality of multiple data sets.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
    • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in Data Maintenance (SAP ECC Master Data, MM with data analysis experience)
    • Attentional to details and quality

    Senior Master Data Maintenance (Lead)

    Responsibilities

    • Create, update and archive/deletion processes
    • Ensure the support for Master Data consistency and integrity
    • Data Quality monitoring for Master Data Objects (Direct / Indirect Material , BoM, Documents)
    • Materials, Vendors, Customers data views & parameters maintenance
    • Validation and Execution of mass-changes as part of the day-to-day business
    • Analysis and definition of detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies
    • Supporting requirement analysis, system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
    • Keep strong communication with customer team and process owners for requirements alignment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
    • 2-5 years prior experience
    • SAP ECC Master data, MM with data analysis experience
    • Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation
    • Advanced English

    Chartered Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing basic excel reports.( Stock/ Sales/Forex Related Reports)
    • Preparing letters for bank
    • Assisting in Bank reconciliation / Payment / settlement voucher
    • Checking and computation of Bank Charges
    • Reconciliation of Vendor
    • Accounting of FX transactions and Reconciliations
    • Checking and Processing Travel and other Vendors payments
    • Assisting Finance teams in Reconciliations of accounts
    • Any other Financial jobs assigned from time to time

    Requirement:

    • HND/BSC
    • 3yrs+ experience as an Accountant in Manufacturing or similar sector.
    • ICAN certified
    • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday
    • Male Preferred for gender balance.
    • Salary: N150,000 -250,000 (negotiable)

    Recruitment Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting the recruitment team with the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
    • Managing all candidates' emails and feedback
    • Schedule calls and interviews Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
