    • Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years
    • Ability to Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels.
    • Be able to Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
