Are you an organized, friendly, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? The Musical Copyright Society Nigeria (MCSN) is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service at our Oyo office.
Responsibilities
Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
Telephone Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle messages accurately.
Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies.
Customer Service: Address general inquiries, provide accurate information about the organization, and ensure client satisfaction.
Mail and Document Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Office Coordination: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, or other office activities as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Administration, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
