Job Summary

• As an Associate you would be responsible for selling properties, showing potential buyers the property for sale and building client relationships.
• You would also need to stay updated on real estate market trends, and collaborate with the company on other tasks related to marketing and selling the available properties.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, marketing, and follow-up.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and showings to potential buyers or tenants.
• Understanding client needs and financial situations to propose suitable solutions.
• Facilitating property viewings and showings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Promoting properties through various channels, such as open houses, online listings, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related marketing field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability for site inspections.
