The company is seeking to hire an experienced QA/QC Officer who will ensure that products, services, and processes meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of field inspection on all on going activities and also monitors the production of concrete and the delivery of concrete materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation/Issuance of Inspection and Test Plans.
Plan and carry out surveillance on ongoing site activities to verify its conformity
Raise a Field Inspection Report on any deviation or suspected non-conformity
Issue notification to Client representatives on scheduled inspections
Conduct inspection to:
Verify conformity of delivered material and product (with store personnel/supervisor)
Check the drawings on Workface
Check survey reports, and laboratory test reports (if any)
Make a physical check on applicable items on the QC inspection form and fill out accurately all applicable information
Ensure the QC form is signed by all signatories
Submit a completed report to document controller/supervisor
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Civil Engineering or in any related field.
5 years’ experience as a QAQC Officer or inspector in a construction company.
Computer proficiency literate in Microsoft package.
Knowledge of Project Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
