    QA/QC Inspector

    • The company is seeking to hire an experienced QA/QC Officer who will ensure that products, services, and processes meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
    • The ideal candidate will be in charge of field inspection on all on going activities and also monitors the production of concrete and the delivery of concrete materials.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation/Issuance of Inspection and Test Plans.
    • Plan and carry out surveillance on ongoing site activities to verify its conformity
    • Raise a Field Inspection Report on any deviation or suspected non-conformity
    • Issue notification to Client representatives on scheduled inspections
    • Conduct inspection to:
    • Verify conformity of delivered material and product (with store personnel/supervisor)
    • Check the drawings on Workface
    • Check survey reports, and laboratory test reports (if any)
    • Make a physical check on applicable items on the QC inspection form and fill out accurately all applicable information
    • Ensure the QC form is signed by all signatories
    • Submit a completed report to document controller/supervisor
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Key Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc in Civil Engineering or in any related field.
    • 5 years’ experience as a QAQC Officer or inspector in a construction company.
    • Computer proficiency literate in Microsoft package.
    • Knowledge of Project Management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Good analytical/critical thinking.

    Site Supervisor

    Job Purpose:

    • The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day activities on the project construction site. S/he will take some responsibility for security, health and safety, organizing and supervising materials and people, marking out the site, making sure designs are applied correctly, and liaising with main and sub-contractors and the Project Manager.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
    • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
    • Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
    • Liaising with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project
    • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
    • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
    • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

    Key requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Civil Construction or equivalent engineering education, training, and experience is required.
    • A postgraduate degree in construction management is an added advantage.
    • 6-10 years’ related experience preferred
    • Certification: Registration as a Professional Engineer is highly desirable
    • MBA or similar business degree, diploma, or course is also desirable
    • Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project

    Construction Superintendent

    Job Summary:

    • The company is seeking to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent who will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. He/she will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available on site at all times and also liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
    • Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
    • Attending production meetings.
    • Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.
    • Ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Placing orders for materials, and being responsible for equipment and materials on site.
    • Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
    • Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
    • Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

    Key Requirements

    • B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering education, training and experience is required.
    • 10+ years’ relevant experience as a Construction Superintendent preferably in a construction company.
    • COREN certification is a must have.
    • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proficient with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications.
    • Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Senior Project Engineer

    Job Purpose:

    • The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.
    • The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to design specifications and smooth project execution, effectively bridging the gap between design and implementation.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects
    • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
    • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
    • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
    • Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team

    Key requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
    • Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project

    Operations Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Fulfillment:

    • Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Input orders, confirm payments and measurements, and coordinate with production and logistics teams. Manage rental orders, including agreements, pickups, deliveries, and returns.

    Customer Service Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries—both in-store and digital—regarding placing orders, product availability, production, order status, and delivery. Handle complaints professionally and collect feedback to improve service quality.
    • Visual Merchandising / Inventory Management:
    • Assist in creating attractive product displays and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Maintain accurate stock levels of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items, conduct regular audits, and ensure showroom organization.

    Logistical Support:

    • Receive and inspect incoming client fabrics, coordinate shipments, and manage deliveries with third-party logistics partners. Ensure all packaging meets brand standards.

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, order status, and operational performance. Track KPIs and recommend process improvements.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience in operations, fashion, or the creative industry (preferred).
    • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proximity to the following locations (Ikoyi, Lekki, V.I., Oworonshoki) will be highly desired
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Experience with ERP Systems, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office, and inventory/order management systems
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
