Interested and qualified candidates should forward 15 copies of their Applications and accompanied by 15 copies of candidate's ctheir Curriculum Vitae duly signed and dated. The Curriculum Vitae should be presented in the following order:

• Name in full (surname first and in capital letters) Place and date of birth
• Local Government of Origin
• State of Origin and Nationality Marital status
• Religion
• Current contact address (with phone numbers) Institutions attended with dates (in order of least ranking)
• Educational qualifications with dates
• Statement of work experience including full details of former and present posts
• Present employment status, salary and employer Extra-curricular activities
• Report of medical fitness (from a Government Hospital)
• Names and addresses of three (3) referees, one of whom must be a Public servant of not less than Salary Grade Level 16.

Also:

• Candidates are to enclose their Vision and Mission statement for the College of not more than 500 words.

The application and attachment should be in a sealed envelope marked "POST of PROVOST" at the top left-hand corner of the envelope, addressed and sent to:

• Each referee should be requested by the applicant to forward direct to the Chairman, Governing Council of the College, a confidential report on the candidate's character, academic and managerial abilities in a properly sealed envelope marked POST of PROVOST, REFEREE'S at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
• All applications, supporting documents and referees' report must be submitted in both hard and soft copies under confidential cover.
