Project Pursuit Manager at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Job Description

• Continuously monitor, map, and track major oil, gas, and energy projects from early conceptual and FEED stages through EPC award and execution.
• Map and maintain customer and EPC organization structures (organograms) for each targeted project to identify influencers and decision paths.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status, competition landscape, and potential opportunities.
• Handover secured projects seamlessly to the execution team with full background documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• 10 - 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas projects, including at least 5 years in a business development / project pursuit / client-facing role.
• Proven track record of engaging with IOCs, EPCs, and regulatory agencies in Nigeria or West Africa.
• Strong understanding of E&I systems (LV/MV electrical, automation, control, and instrumentation).
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, influence decisions, and close deals on large capital projects.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical understanding of E&I systems and project execution cycles.
• Commercial awareness and strategic pursuit planning capability.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and able to operate independently.
• Effective communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
