We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and track construction projects for our client operating in the UK. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong understanding of construction project management.
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Track project milestones, budgets, and resources to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate and maintain clear communication with the client’s construction teams and subcontractors.
Provide consistent progress updates and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives.
Identify project risks and proactively work with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure that potential issues are escalated and addressed before they impact project timelines or budgets.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
Generate and deliver regular project reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and any corrective actions taken.
Track expenses, review costs against budget projections, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with finance teams to prepare and review financial reports as needed.
Monitor construction progress to ensure it meets the client’s quality standards and project specifications.
Implement quality control processes to maintain standards across project deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all project-related matters.
Provide excellent service by addressing client concerns, ensuring clarity, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, with proven success in a remote project management role.
Knowledge of UK construction regulations, standards, and safety guidelines would be a plus.
Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
