About the Role:

• We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee a needs assessment and capacity-building project for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across selected states in Southern Nigeria.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants, implementing partners, and facilitators to execute the project in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the needs assessment and capacity-building project for MSMEs.
• Collaborate with consultants, implementing partners, and facilitators to ensure project delivery.
• Liaise with government entities and relevant trade associations to facilitate project implementation.
• Utilize previous project management experience in an international development context to drive project success.
• Manage projects across multiple locations and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience considered.
• 6-8 years of experience managing economic development projects.
• Knowledge of working with government entities and relevant trade associations.
• Previous project management experience in an international development context.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Residency in Lagos and willingness to travel locally.
