We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee a needs assessment and capacity-building project for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across selected states in Southern Nigeria.
The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants, implementing partners, and facilitators to execute the project in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the needs assessment and capacity-building project for MSMEs.
Collaborate with consultants, implementing partners, and facilitators to ensure project delivery.
Liaise with government entities and relevant trade associations to facilitate project implementation.
Utilize previous project management experience in an international development context to drive project success.
Manage projects across multiple locations and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience considered.
6-8 years of experience managing economic development projects.
Knowledge of working with government entities and relevant trade associations.
Previous project management experience in an international development context.
Ability to manage projects across multiple locations and stakeholders.
Residency in Lagos and willingness to travel locally.
