Project Manager (Monitoring, Evaluation and Compliance) at Skool Media

Job Description

• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures with all our stakeholders.
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
• Ensure that we meet all obligations with our stakeholders in a timely manner and always ensure full compliance.
• Develop indicators and monitoring strategy for all projects and recommend further improvement where necessary.
• Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project success.
• Assist other project team members with ongoing renovations and new projects taking place in our project locations.
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for reports to the Project Team.
• Provide feedback to the Project Director on project strategies and activities.
• Suggest strategies to the Project Director for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
• Write Proposals and Reports on behalf of the organization to current and potential stakeholders.
• Prepare and make well informed presentations to our stakeholders and potential stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc. Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
