Role and Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will be critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our startup. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
• Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing strategies for timely resolution.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right team members are assigned to the appropriate tasks based on skill sets and availability.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open lines of communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to provide regular project updates and address any issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets established standards by conducting thorough reviews and tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote project management, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
