Strategy Manager at boQS Ltd

We are seeking a sharp, proactive Strategy Manager to bridge the gap between high-level vision and operational reality. In this role, you will be the architect of our competitive advantage, ensuring our long-term goals are backed by data and executed with precision.

The Mission

You will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that keep us agile in a shifting market. Your objective is to identify growth opportunities, optimize internal performance, and ensure every department is pulling in the same direction.

Your Day-to-Day

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the executive team to design and implement 3-to-5-year strategic roadmaps.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis into industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
• Performance Auditing: Rigorously evaluate internal operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for strategic improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work alongside department heads to translate complex strategies into actionable project plans.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Build and maintain the frameworks that guide our long-term decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a strategic consultant to Department Heads (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to ensure departmental goals are in lockstep with the corporate vision.
